Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is 3 km away.... The room was equiped with elegant furnitures and hevenly soft bed, so we slept well at night. In the morning, the pancake cooked by Robert was amazing. Also we enjoyed convasation with the other visiters there.

The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!

Situated just 12 km from Lava Tree State Monument, Big Island Getaway provides accommodation in Pahoa with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as bicycle parking. Chris and fur-baby Roxy are excellent hosts, and the ohana was perfect for my husband and my two-night stay. It is centrally located in Pahoa town, making it convenient to run errands either to the village center or to Hilo town. The home is a shared accommodation, which was a first for us. There was another couple staying for one night, and they were very nice and kept to themselves. Chris is very personable and easy to be around, whether you want to hang out and chat, or just chill by yourself and read. Roxy is a beautiful, well-behaved Carolina dog, and for us, a joy to have around.

Located 49 km from The Painted Church, Tiki Cabana is in Hawaiian Ocean View and has a garden and a bar. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The hosts were lovely and so accommodating. Very unique stay, with great amenities, would love to visit again
